About your hair type

Fine hair is quite hard to manage or do anything with. It has a tendency to drop out quickly and go limp. People with fine hair often seek more body and height which is quite hard to achieve. It is a lot more prone to damage compared to other hair types and can be dry and sensitive.

How to look after your hair

Fine hair doesn't have to look limp and flat. You can improve the body and height by blow drying your hair and by adding hairspray. Rollers are also brilliant for fine hair. They may need some practice when using them, but they will definitely give your hair volume.

Never overload your hair with a product. You will find your hair will drop even quicker than usual. If you want an extra boost, a little bit of back comb will do the trick.

Shampooing and Conditioning

For fine hair the best shampoo and conditioner to use is the Redken Body Full range. Redken Body Full shampoo and conditioner increases your hairs volume to create a fuller body. It strengthens your hair and doesn't leave your hair feeling dirty, like some volumising ranges do.
